This painting full of texture and color, I have used my pallet knives, scratching objects, and brushes to create texture. The media that have been used was oil paint applied on canvas. Carefully selected colors create an energetic feeling of Highlands, Scotland. This painting has been started as an industrial landscape where a large mountain took place overwhelming the viewer with the power of nature. The scale was very important for this piece of art, creating a powerful feeling.
